  3. 10 Triceps Dips
  4. 10 Incline Push-Ups
  5. 5 Burpees

Legs

  1. 10 Squats
  2. 20 Lunges
  3. 10 Side Lunges
  4. 15 Standing Calf Raises
  5. 5 Jump Squats

Back

  1. 20 Bird-Dogs
  2. :30 Superman
  3. 1 Full Bridge
  4. 15 Short Bridges
  5. :30 Superman

Core

  1. :30 Plank
  2. 15 vertical Leg Crunches
  3. 20 Oblique Crunches
  4. :20 Side Plank
  5. :30 Plank
