Recently, I was told about a drink that can help in losing 5 pounds of water weight, or bloating, in about a week created, or at least promoted, by Jillian Michaels.
- 60 oz. of distilled or pure water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice
- 1 dandelion root tea bag
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Drink 60 ounces of this every day for 7 days, and it can help flush out excess water weight, as well as other toxins in the body.
