Hey all! So I went a little stir crazy with the work out shirts lol

So here’s a DIY no sew Yoga Top!

Again we start with a T-Shirt. Get one one to two sizes larger than what you normally wear.

Cut off the arms and neck hem, and cut up the side hems (from the bottom to the arm pit) You can trim off the corners under the armpit if you want.

Fold on half “hot dog” style and cut a rounded square out of the bottom of the shirt.

Open it back up, tie the bottom off, and pull the shirt to stretch out the ragged edges. Wear over a sports bra or tank top and enjoy!
