Cellulite buster No.1: Cardio exercises

Cardio exercise is proven to help you get rid of cellulite, whatever your size. Use exercises that target the buttocks, hips and thigh areas. Walking, cycling and running are great for this.

Cellulite buster No 2: Water

Prevention is better than cure, water keeps the skin hydrated and flushes out toxins. However, don’t drink too much water as this could lead to swelling underneath the cellulite – 1.5 liters a day is plenty.

Cellulite buster No 3: Eat foods that provide Lecithin

Eat these foods daily as they restore the strength of dermal cells. Eggs, apples, soy, spinach, cauliflower, peanuts and Iceberg lettuce are all Lecithin rich foods, so they’re great for getting rid of cellulite.

Cellulite buster No 4: Protein

Protein stimulates and strengthens the production of collagen and elastin which keeps cellulite at bay. Eat lean meats, turkey, nuts, skimmed milk and pulses.

Cellulite buster No 6: Take the stairs

Liz Hurley swears by always taking the stairs to keep off the pounds and to get rid of cellulite as it stimulates circulation and keeps your skin dimple-free!

Cellulite buster No 7: Oily fish

The fats in oily fish help reduce swelling that could make skin cell damage worse. Try to eat oily fish once a week to beat those pesky cellulite problems!

Cellulite buster No 8: Avoid full fat dairy

Full fat dairy products like cream, butter and cheese are high in saturated fats and are harder for your body to break down. Avoid them if you can.

Cellulite buster No 9: Avoid fast food & cakes

Eating fatty takeaways and processed foods can cause cellulite because they lead to fat deposits in our bodies. So why not switch shop-bought cakes for homemade and try making your favourite fast food at home to reduce the saturated fat?

Cellulite buster No 10: Fruit and veg

High in fibER and water content, some fruit and veg is better than others. Try celery, oranges, grapefruit, peaches and plums which are low in natural sugar and high in fibER.

Hope these help!
