Cellulite buster No.1: Cardio exercises

Cardio exercise is proven to help you get rid of cellulite, whatever your size. Use exercises that target the buttocks, hips and thigh areas. Walking, cycling and running are great for this.

Prevention is better than cure, water keeps the skin hydrated and flushes out toxins. However, don’t drink too much water as this could lead to swelling underneath the cellulite – 1.5 liters a day is plenty.

High in fibER and water content, some fruit and veg is better than others. Try celery, oranges, grapefruit, peaches and plums which are low in natural sugar and high in fibER.
